Every site I ship comes with the option of a care plan. Fast, reliable hosting, a live backup, and three minor updates a year — a new photo, a price change, a fresh paragraph. Anything bigger, I'll quote you first. If you want to move the site elsewhere one day, you own it and you can.
A 20-minute call or email thread. I ask about your business, your customers, what you want the site to actually do. I send a fixed quote and a timeline — no mystery, no hourly billing.
Your copy, your photos, your logo — whatever you have. If you don't have the words yet, I can help you shape them. If you don't have photos, I'll find stock that fits.
Within a week or two you get a real, working site — not a PDF mockup. We refine it together, on a shared link. You tell me what feels wrong. I fix it.
I ship it to your domain, make sure it's fast and backed up, and stick around to keep it running. If something needs updating, you email me. I handle it.

I keep the work small on purpose. Fewer projects, more care. I'm based in Canada, I reply quickly, and I'd rather talk to you in a Google Doc than hide behind a project manager.

A text change, a new photo, a new link, updated pricing, a new seasonal banner. Anything that takes me under an hour. Bigger changes — new pages, new sections, new features — I'll quote separately so there are no surprises.
Essentials: 7–10 days once I have your bits. Signature: about two weeks. Full: three to four weeks. I only take on what I can do well, so if I'm booked, I'll tell you honestly.
Yes. 50% to get started, 50% on launch, for anything over $500. Payment is by Interac e-transfer — I don't take card yet.
